Our landlords are happy to rent to students (usually require guarantors) and appreciate sometimes this can be the students first time away from home or first time as a tenant. We can offer any extra support required when setting up your property, with phone lines, TV licencing etc. and keep you right with looking after the property and to help give your parents peace of mind.

We offer a bespoke service, where we are happy to collect you by car at a mutually convenient location and to return you to that destination.
